9) EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Suppose we sell digital Content directly to EU consumers. In that case, you acknowledge that digital Content delivered immediately is typically not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right once you give express consent to immediate performance and recognize the loss of the right of withdrawal. If you do not wish to consent, do not access or download the Content until the withdrawal period has lapsed.

Where a third-party platform fulfils the purchase, its consumer and refund terms govern.

10) Refunds

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the specific offer or checkout page, all sales of digital products are final once access is granted. Any goodwill refunds are at our sole discretion. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer your rights without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

20) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and ArrayLeads regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements relating to the subject matter.
